Do you and your friends fancy yourselves real foodies? If so, you won’t want to miss the 20th annual DFW Restaurant Week 2017, an opportunity to sample some of the finest food in the Metroplex, all while visiting some of the area’s most up and coming hot spots. Plus, a portion of the proceeds will benefit local charities, making this truly a win-win-win! This annual event is taking place now through Saturday, August 26, 2017, and includes restaurants in both Fort Worth and Dallas, giving you plenty of time to enjoy some scrumptious food while supporting a great cause!
How Can You Enjoy the Fare?
Over 125 of the area’s greatest restaurants are participating in this year’s event. Those restaurants taking part offer up three-course dinners, or lunches in some cases, at a set price, making this a great deal. Many of these hot spots will also be offering up wine pairings to help compliment the meals. Another great reason to take part, is because 20 percent of the of the money from each designated meal purchase will go to the North Texas Food Bank in Dallas or the Lena Pope Home in Fort Worth. For a complete list of participating restaurants, you can visit the event’s Facebook page. Just a few of the Fort Worth favorites include Capital Grille, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House, Del Frisco’s Grille, Grace, Mercury Chop House, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Texas de Brazil, Waters Restaurant.
