Looking to start planning some local summer fun? If so, you won’t want to miss the upcoming Taste Addison food festival. This is one of the city’s most beloved annual events, and one that draws guests from throughout the Metroplex. The festival will run from Friday May 19 through Sunday May 21, 2017 at Addison Circle Park, and it will feature numerous types of food and drinks. It’s easy to see why, too. Addison is home to nearly 200 restaurants in under a 5 mile radius. It’s clearly a town that loves its food, and it is happy to play host to others who share its foodie tastes.
How Can You Enjoy the Event?
In addition to the food, you can also catch live music each day of the event, including Gary Allan Saturday night, and a Jimmy Buffett and then Elvis Presley tribute bands on Sunday. You can purchase tickets for the event online at the event’s website. To order tickets or for more information, including a full lineup of the musicians and more information about the food, visit http://tasteaddisontexas.com.
Adults admission for those 12-years and older, is $15 in advance, through May 14, or $20 starting May 15 and running up until the event days. Children 12-years-old and younger enjoy free admission. For those not wanting to miss a thing, weekend passes can be purchased for just $30 for two day admission. Best of all, Sunday the event will offer free admission for all ages.
